Gabriel Riccio

Gabriel Riccio is a Partner and President of Iron Ore Construction LLC. Mr. Riccio has more than 30 years of experience in construction and construction management. Mr. Riccio oversees all Iron Ore’s construction activities, ranging from ground up construction to tenant renovations. Mr. Riccio also acts as Owner’s Representative when the company utilizes a third-party general contractor. During the government approvals phase, Mr. Riccio advises on construction and cost issues related to proposed site plans, architecture and engineering. Prior to Iron Ore, he worked at major regional construction companies, serving as Senior Project Manager. During that time, he built well over 1000 apartments plus millions of square feet of commercial and industrial buildings. Mr. Riccio has a Civil Engineering degree from Greenville Technical College.
