Brandon K. Boffard, Esq. is a Principal of Iron Ore and Partner in Iron Ore Construction LLC, where he is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Company’s projects from acquisition and entitlements, through and including design, construction management, and lease-up phases. Mr. Boffard also actively manages legal and regulatory matters on behalf of the company, including contract negotiations, project approvals and permit compliance, including NGBS and other energy/building code requirements, as well as insurance and capital markets aspects of its transactions. Prior to joining Iron Ore, Mr. Boffard was a transactional real estate attorney with Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. where he represented banks, finance companies and funds in commercial lending transactions. During his time at the firm, Mr. Boffard facilitated the origination in excess of $2 billion in commercial loans, which included CMBS, balance sheet, mezzanine, and preferred equity investments.
Prior to joining Sills, Mr. Boffard worked at two privately held real estate investment companies where he focused on acquisitions, development and asset management. Mr. Boffard also owns his own real estate and participates in a family-owned portfolio of real estate throughout northern New Jersey.
